    Do you like animals a great deal, do you have a talent for organisation and can you keep calm in stressful situations? We at AnimalLogistics FRA GmbH are a small forwarding agency based in Kelsterbach, near Frankfurt Airport. We deal with the import and export of live animals by air freight, in some cases also with our own fleet of vehicles. Whether pets, commercial or zoo animals, we will transport everything. Therefore our customers are mostly international, we also speak daily with handling partners from all over the world. Our work is based on the valid regulations of IATA and IPATA.

  • Your Duties
    • A professional, experienced and friendly contact with our customers is our top priority
    • You plan and complete our worldwide animal export shipments independently
    • You will be responsible for order entry and bookings with the airlines
    • You will prepare all necessary transport documents and are responsible for the calculation and accounting of the orders
    • Checking the completion of all export documents in accordance with IATA requirements for live animals is just as much a part of your duties as the preparation of customs export declarations (1- or 2-step).
  • Your Profile
    • Apprenticeship as commercial clerk for forwarding and logistics services with first work experience in a comparable position
    • You have very good written and spoken German and English language skills as well as a good knowledge of MS Office and experience with freight forwarding programmes
    • You are committed and motivated, work reliably and independently
    • You work independently, but also work at your best in a team
    • You can “smile on the phone” and inspire our concerned customers with confidence and reassurance
    • You are not afraid of working in an environment with live animals
    • You hold a category B driving licence
    • Readiness for unusual working hours (weekend, morning or evening)
